Our classic reserve sparkling wine that acclaimed wine importer and author Terry Theise called one of his favorite sparklers made in North America. This is our only vintage Traditional Method sparkler that's 100% Chardonnay, it's dry and lean, perforated with aromas and flavors more easily detectable than our other Champagne-Method offerings. Darkly toasted bread and apple pie notes hover, eventually giving way to rich pineapple and marzipan pastry. Delicately toasted pine nut, encrusted crème brulee, umami-laden white truffle, and ocean mineral round out the sip. This is your official oyster sparkler. And potato chips. And triple-crème cheese.
